Godric
A Windows workbench that ingests fund documents locally, supports review of the economic interpretation, and produces readable, formula-driven Excel fund models for management-fee and carried-interest economics. Reviewed structured model versions can be published deliberately to a separately operated calculation service; the authoring PC does not need to stay online afterwards.
Windows isolation-checker test bundle
The downloads site lists Windows test bundles for the isolation checker, a synthetic environment diagnostic rather than the modeling application. They are test builds: expect rough edges, and check the notes published with each build before installing.

Availability. The Windows desktop app and the iOS app are in internal testing on synthetic data only. There is no external tester access and no public sign-up. The iOS evidence is simulator test runs plus an internal TestFlight build installed by the owner. Ask Godric is built but not yet deployed: its deployment approval is pending. Confidential-document ingestion is not available yet.
What the desktop app does
- Explicit document import for text-based PDF, DOCX, CSV, XLSX, and plain text.
- Proposed economic terms with local source references and review status.
- Actuals reconciliation against selected historical fee periods, with differences shown.
- A deterministic engine that calculates supported outputs, and an editable workbook that recalculates in desktop Excel.
- A publication preview that shows the outgoing package before a model version is promoted.
Source documents, extracted text, and local file paths stay on the authoring machine; the published package contains only structured model data. Unsupported economics are labeled as not modeled rather than approximated.
This page makes no external requests: fonts and assets are hosted on this site, no CDN assets, no third-party assets and no analytics.
